You've studied English for years. But when it's your turn to speak, you hesitate — worried you might sound less capable than you are. MaiXcel equips you to perform in English with more confidence, structure, and presence when the stakes are real.
You can read reports in English. You can write emails. But the moment someone puts you on the spot — a foreign client, a senior executive, an unexpected question in a meeting — something shuts down. That is not a vocabulary problem. It is the gap between knowing English and being able to perform in English with confidence, structure, and presence when people are listening.
You don't need more English.
You need to perform under pressure.
This is not a class. This is guided practice for real moments.

Mai did not build MaiXcel from a textbook. She built it from 35 years of having to prove herself in a language that was not her first — learning not just how to speak English, but how to be heard, taken seriously, and trusted in rooms where the stakes were real. She has been in that exact position: understanding everything, but knowing that speaking with confidence, clarity, and presence is a completely different skill.
For more than two decades, she built her career inside a Fortune 500 company — rising to Director-level leadership, leading global teams through major finance integrations and transformation initiatives, and earning trust and credibility at every level of the organization, from the colleagues she worked alongside every day to the C-suite executives in the rooms where the biggest decisions were made. She learned, the hard way, that credentials open doors but communication determines what happens once you are inside the room. She earned credibility not because her English was perfect, but because she learned to speak with conviction, read the room, and hold her ground when it mattered.
Along the way, she mentored many professionals through high-stakes moments where confidence mattered as much as competence — and that insight now shapes everything the program does. MaiXcel is the program she wishes had existed when she was starting out.
These aren't student reviews. They're from the executives, directors, and professionals who worked alongside Mai — and watched how she communicates, leads, and develops the people around her.
The first two pilot cohorts are limited to 8 participants each. Once spots are filled, the list closes.
